Ola!!!
Pues no creo que se trate de olvidar del todo las inquietudes existenciales, sino darlas su sitio correcto en nuestra vida. Creo que se puede gozar de una vida plena dedicando x momentos a la reflexión, a la meditación sobre temas existenciales, pero siempre que eso no impida vivir el ayer, el hoy y el mañana con toda intensidad. Claro, supongo que lo ideal sería el equilibrio entre una cosa u otra, pero como eso es difícil, si se me desequilibra la balanza prefiero que sea al lado de la vida que al de las dudas y contemplación... eso sería una pérdida de esta que es la vida que tengo.
